Thank you for visiting the Savanna and the Savanna Health™ website located at (the "Site"). The Site is an Internet property of the Savanna, LLC and Savanna Health, LLC ("Company," "we" or "us"). We provide this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to explain our online information practices and the choices that you can make about the way your information is used by us. You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: (a) access or use the Site; and/or (b) register as a member ("Member") on the Site, which enables you to access the various Member services ("Member Services") made available at the Member Services website located at ("Member Services Site"). We collect personal information when you register as a Member or otherwise choose to provide personal information to us. Personal information is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. The personal information that you provide to us may include, but is not limited to: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) telephone number; (d) home address; (e) credit card number and associated information; and (f) any and all other information requested on the applicable registration form. We may also collect your personal information when you otherwise agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, but do not complete the applicable registration process in full, or elect to utilize the Member Services or Member Services Site.


Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, we will not use your credit card information for any marketing purposes, or transfer same to any third party, other than as set forth in this paragraph. We may: (a) transfer your credit card information to third party payment processors where necessary to effectuate the purchase of products and/or services that you requested on the Site or otherwise from Company; (b) disclose your credit card information pursuant to a court order, litigation and/or fraud investigation; and (c) share with third parties the fact that we have credit card information on file for specific individuals (without sharing the actual credit card information).


We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit many of the pages of the Site. This non-personally identifiable information includes, without limitation, the type of browser that you use (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome), your IP address, the type of operating system that you use (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, EarthLink, Comcast). Without limiting the foregoing, by submitting your e-mail address at the Site, you agree to receive e-mail marketing from Company (including other Company properties). In addition, you agree that such act constitutes a purchase, an inquiry and/or an application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR ยง310 et seq. (the "ATSR"). Further, you agree that by submitting your personal information at the Site, you agree to receive mobile marketing including, but not limited to, text-message based marketing, from us (where, and to the extent that, such marketing is permitted by applicable law). As such, notwithstanding that your mobile telephone number may be listed on state and/or federal Do-Not-Call registries, we retain the right to contact you via text-message based marketing in accordance with applicable state and federal law.


As a general rule, and other than in connection with the limited exceptions set forth below, we will not sell, share or rent your personal information to or with others. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may, from time to time, provide such information on a limited basis to certain third-party administrative service providers in connection with: (a) your use of the Member Services and/or Member Services Site; and (b) our efforts to market certain offers to you. We reserve the right to transfer and/or sell aggregate or group data about Site and/or Member Services Site users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage or other characteristics of Site users as a group without disclosing personally identifiable information. Subject to applicable state and federal law, by submitting your personal information to, and/or using the Site and/or Member Services Site, you agree to allow us to transfer and/or sell such aggregate data to third-parties.


The Site and/or Member Services Site may contain links to other third-party owned and/or operated websites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. In some cases, you may be able to make a purchase through one of their third-party websites. In these instances, you may be required to provide certain information, such as a credit card number, to register or complete a transaction at such website. These third-party websites have separate privacy and data collection practices and we have no responsibility or liability relating to them.


We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. We will never knowingly directly collect any information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected information from an individual under eighteen (18) years of age, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.


All collected information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. When our registration/application process asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card information ("Sensitive Information"), and when we store and transmit such Sensitive Information via our computers, it is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption software. While we use SSL encryption to protect Sensitive Information online, we also do everything in our power to protect other personal information online and off-line.

While we strive to protect your Sensitive Information and other personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
